The Women’s Financial Advisor Network (WFAN)

Strength in Numbers

Baird is committed to attracting, developing and retaining the best and the brightest women Financial Advisors. The Baird Women’s Financial Advisor Network (WFAN) was created to empower these advisors, now and in the future, by advancing the necessary connections, affiliations and opportunities to achieve professional excellence and personal satisfaction.
The WFAN’s Advisory Council meets monthly with concrete objectives that define the group’s vision:

  • To build connections and share ideas that can advance their practices
  • To promote the profession as a career choice for women
  • To encourage the growth of a culture that enhances our ability to attract and retain women financial advisors.
The WFAN also serves as a forum for ideas and the sharing of best practices, with the Advisory Council actively seeking input and feedback from members about their experiences with clients, each other and life at Baird.
